Welcome to Lume, a UAE-based booking platform connecting users with photographers, studios, and models. By accessing or using the Lume application or website, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please stop using the service immediately.

2. Our Services

Lume provides an online marketplace where users can browse, book, and pay for photography, studio, and modeling services. Lume acts solely as an intermediary connecting users with verified service providers and does not directly offer photography or modeling services.

3. User Responsibilities

Users must:

• Provide accurate and up-to-date personal information during registration
• Use the platform for lawful purposes only
• Respect appointment times and comply with cancellation policies
• Maintain the confidentiality of their account credentials

4. Provider Responsibilities

Service providers listed on Lume must maintain professionalism, deliver services as described, protect user privacy, and ensure timely and high-quality results.

5. Booking & Payment

All bookings are made through the official Lume app or website. Payments are processed securely through authorized gateways. Each provider's pricing and refund policy is displayed before confirmation. Lume may cancel or hold payments in cases of suspected fraud or misuse.

6. Cancellations & Refunds

Cancellations are subject to each provider's individual policy. Some bookings may be non-refundable after confirmation. In case of disputes, Lume may mediate but is not liable for compensation. Refunds (if applicable) will be processed via the original payment method.

7. Limitation of Liability

Lume is not responsible for any direct or indirect losses, damages, or disputes arising between users and service providers. All services and deliverables are managed by the respective providers.

8. Intellectual Property

All logos, visuals, text, and designs used on Lume are the property of Lume or its licensors. Copying, modifying, or redistributing any part of Lume's content without prior written consent is prohibited.

9. Privacy & Data Protection

Lume values your privacy. We collect personal data only to improve your experience and facilitate bookings. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for full details on how your data is handled.

10. Account Termination

Lume reserves the right to suspend or terminate user accounts that violate these Terms or misuse the platform.

11. Modifications

Lume may update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Users will be notified of material changes through the app or website. Continued use after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes shall fall under the jurisdiction of the competent courts in Abu Dhabi, UAE.
